10+ years engineering custom PHP, WordPress, Laravel and React systems — headless architectures, REST APIs, ecommerce integrations and the multi-environment deployments that keep them in production.
Based in Santo Domingo, DR — remote · Open to Senior Engineer / Platform roles.
Platforms I've architected, built and continue to operate for real-estate, healthcare, industrial and consumer brands.

Reduced editorial reliance on engineering for new content layouts, with measurable performance gains on high-traffic listing pages.

Gave the marketing team self-service control over a large, filterable product catalog.

Gave a non-technical editorial team independent control over news, events and program pages.

Simplified enrollment and communication workflows for a growing program.

Gave prospective buyers direct, self-service listing search instead of routing every inquiry through an agent.

Positioned a technical workflow-automation product clearly for a servicing-industry audience.

Positioned a facilities-services brand around reliability and uptime for commercial clients.
Not just front-end delivery — the systems, integrations and infrastructure work that keeps those platforms in production.
Designing custom WordPress, Laravel and headless architectures built to scale with content and traffic, not against them.
Building and integrating REST APIs, ecommerce platforms (WooCommerce, ReserveBar) and review systems (Bazaarvoice) into production platforms.
Managing GitHub Actions pipelines and staging/production environments across Pantheon, WP Engine and Cloudflare.
Optimizing Core Web Vitals, hardening security and building toward WCAG accessibility standards across a portfolio of production sites.
Grouped by what each tool is actually for — not a badge wall.
I'm a systems-engineering graduate (INTEC, with a Master's in Web Engineering from UPM) who has spent 10+ years on the boundary between backend platforms and the frontends they serve — PHP, Laravel and WordPress on one side, React and TypeScript on the other. Most of that time has been spent operating, not just building: I currently maintain architecture, performance and security across a portfolio of 30+ production sites, including enterprise WordPress environments, custom ecommerce integrations and API-driven content platforms for healthcare, real estate and consumer brands. I'd rather build something reusable once than fix the same problem five times.
Currently deepening: TypeScript across the stack, Laravel-first architectures, and cloud infrastructure (Docker at scale).
